What is Resiliency Coaching?
Resiliency is defined as “the power or ability to return to the original form, position, etc., after being bent, compressed, or stretched; elasticity”. Embracing your inner resiliency guide you to have more self-compassion and the best ways for you to recover from or adjust more easily to misfortune or the stresses of life.
No one is invulnerable. We all have setbacks, obstacles, and traumas in our lives that can our shattered beliefs. While you are the expert of your own life, sometimes, even an expert needs a hand. A typical response to the loss of a job or the end of a relationship can include cloud your view about you and your future.
My job as coach is to help you move forward in a way that’s totally in keeping with who you are and what you want – at work and in life. The goal of coaching is to facilitate deep learning and lasting change.
You can receive tools and practice to help you raise your perspective about who you think you are while dispeling limiting misbeliefs and hypercritical thinking. You then get to rediscover YOU through self-affirming exercises designed to help you adapt and overcome while restoring yourself to balance.
